Grate Yokohama style ramen with tasty and smooth broth, but still a bit salty even I've selected "normal" 濃度 for the soup. Then the second time I selected " light" broth then the soup is fine. Would come again if I visit Osaka next time.

Traditional ramen restaurant that also offers Tsukemen (dipping-noodles). Because instead of regular ramen, they put the broth on the side, so the flavor is more concentrated and intense, which I like. If you want a few more pieces of cha siu, you can always get the more expensive options or just order on the side.

This place has all kinds of ramen from Kanagawa Prefecture, Yokohama, Kanto area. The noodle is abit bigger than usual.

Good cheap milky ramen with an egg and unli rice with it already. Staff was friendly even when I didn't speak Japanese. Kind of noisy though and not the prettiest decor.

Came for the mazesoba, and it didn't disappoint. Quite tasty, quick service and very good price.

If there's one bowl of ramen that haunts my cravings, it's Konshinya in Namba. I think about this ramen at least once a week, and honestly, if someone asked me why I keep coming back to Japan, this would be a top reason. The magic starts with fully customizable noodle doneness and broth richness, so you get the exact experience you crave. For me, that means a beautifully thick, deeply flavored broth that I’ll drink to the last drop and chewy, perfectly textured noodles that hold up beautifully. And then there’s the pork chashu—just fantastic. Rich, tender, and packed with umami, it melts in your mouth yet still has that perfect balance of bite and fattiness. Every ingredient in the bowl is so well-crafted that it feels like an art form rather than just a meal. There’s good ramen, and then there’s Konshinya ramen, the kind that stays with you long after you leave the shop. If you're in Osaka, this is an absolute must. If you’re not—well, start planning that trip.

Had a great lunch here. You can choose whether you want your noodles hard, regular or soft. Salty, miso or soya sauce flavored sauce. And small, medium or big portion for no additional fee. Then there's a bunch of extras on your table to mix the flavor to your desire as well as complimentary rice as much as you want, for free. As other reviews said, the service wasn't amazing, but the food was! Great flavor in both ramen and meat!

The chiyasu ramen was really a surprise! The flavor is so much good that I almost forgot that we need to taste slowly in order to not burn the tongue! Tonkotsu soup with a great smoky flavor, a lot of pork meat. Really good!
